Island FlowersTrending
Peonies, roses, wildflowers and island botanicals. The most requested category in all three studios and the most adaptable — the same flower can be a two-centimetre fine line sprig or a shoulder-to-elbow composition, and both are the same conversation about space.

A botanical tattoo is defined by the gaps as much as the petals. The white of the skin between stems is what makes it read as a flower rather than a mass. Crowd those gaps and the piece closes up as it ages.
This is why we will often make a floral design slightly larger than requested rather than tighter. The flower needs room to still be a flower in ten years.
Peonies and roses carry a piece on their own — enough internal structure to hold shading and enough size to age well. Wildflowers and sprigs work small and clean. Frangipani is the flower of Bali, in every temple offering on the island, and the single most requested botanical we tattoo here.
Bring the flower that means something rather than the one that is trending. We will tell you how it behaves as a tattoo.
Botanical work is the most placement-driven style we do, because a stem can bend. A design drawn to follow the line of a forearm, the curve of a hip or the length of a spine looks grown rather than applied.
We draw on the skin and check it standing before any needle comes out. A floral piece stencilled flat and applied straight almost always sits slightly wrong.
A floral piece at 8–15cm runs 2M–6M IDR (≈ $124–$372). A small fine line sprig starts at 850K IDR (≈ $52). Shoulder pieces, hip compositions and half sleeves are quoted after a free consultation.
Priced per design, never per hour. Send the reference, the size in centimetres and the placement and we will give you a range the artist confirms.
Fine line florals live or die on the negative space they were given. Properly spaced and kept out of the sun while healing, they hold their shape for many years. Packed too tight or placed on skin that folds constantly, the gaps close and the flower becomes a shape.
In Bali the sun does more damage than time does. Two weeks out of it while healing, then sunscreen — that is most of the battle.
Floral is core work for every resident artist across Canggu, Uluwatu and Seminyak, at the same standard and the same prices. Every consultation is free and every tattoo includes a free touch-up.
If a particular artist’s botanical work is why you are booking, name them in the enquiry and we will route you.
A floral piece (8–15cm) — 2M – 6M IDR (≈ $124 – $372). Priced per design, never per hour. Card payments carry a 3% surcharge, stated before any link is sent.
Frequently, and botanicals are among the best styles for it — stems and leaves can be routed around or over a mark. Send a daylight photo and we will be honest about what is possible.
Fine line stays lighter and ages gently; shaded work has more depth and presence but needs more size. We will show you both on your design before you commit.
Yes, though most of our botanical work is black and grey, which holds up better in this climate. A single colour accent is a good middle ground.
Inner wrist is high-movement skin and thin lines spread there faster than elsewhere. It can work at the right size — we will tell you what that size is.

Tell us what you're carrying and where you want it. We'll draw it, quote it once, and hold a slot for you.
All three run the same level of artists, the same standard and the same prices. Pick whichever is closer, we answer on WhatsApp.
